Program description

People who explicitly opt in may receive event and operational messages from Gratitude Experience, including event updates, volunteer or task assignments, reminders, schedule notifications and related event-operations information.

Consent and participation

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of participating in Gratitude Experience, volunteering, registering for an event, or using the application. A phone number by itself does not constitute SMS consent.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to event activity, assignments and reminders. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP to opt out of future SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Application users may also turn SMS off from their notification preferences.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used for Gratitude Experience event and operational communications. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier availability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability may vary by carrier, device and network conditions.
